After finishing the cooking school and working in some well known restaurants, I decided to work on the cruise ships for two years.
Which let me to London where I was Head Chef for Six years.
In the year 2000 i decided to come to spain and opened mi first restaurant together with my wife.
After national and international projects we are now the owners of two restaurants.
CODIGO DE BARRA 1 michelin star and 1 sol repsol and CONTRASEÑA with recommendation in the michelin and in the repsol guide.
