Graduated in Culinary Arts and Gastronomic Sciences in the first promotion of the Basque Culinary Center. 2012: Worked in the kitchens of Arzurmendi (3*Michelin) and 41º EXPERIENCE (1*Michelin), Ferran and Abert Adrià’s cocktail bar. Enigma (1*Michelin), being second in the kitchen. 2020: He returns to Baeza to start his personal project with his family, there, in the same place where he grew up in the kitchen.
