Iñaki is the Director of the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla, Vice President of the Andalusian Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism, Secretary General of Eurhodip, an association that brings together 180 universities of gastronomy, hospitality and tourism in 35 countries and a member of the executive committee of AEHOS. Iñaki has been named as one of the 150 most influential tourism professionals in Spain in the Sergestur report and awarded the Universitas Summa Cum Laude Medal by the Spanish Army.
