Toni Solans

Toni Solans studied in the H-24 class of the Hofmann Hospitality School. When he finished, he stopped by chef Magnus Nilsen’s now closed Fäviken Magasinet. In 2017 he founded Nomad Café in Sri Lanka and traveled throughout Asia, gaining inspiration that would help him create and experiment with Bernat Bermudo in Mano Rota two years later. After the pandemic he created MosK, where he reunited with David Romero, creating a prelude to MANTIS, his current project.
