I studied at the ESHOB and spent time in restaurants and hotels. Feeling the need to have my own project, Lluerna was born in 2001. I am an associate lecturer at the U.B. and I am a member of the Grameimpuls Advisory Board. Cooking has been in my DNA since 1994. I am passionate about my profession and that is why I believe that sharing is the way to achieve a benchmark gastronomic sector. Evolved, modern, capable of adapting to the challenges of the future. Sustainable in itself and open.
