I’ve dedicated over 20 years to this sector and I’ve worked in diverse businesses all of them related to gastronomy and corporate events.

My main goal is to improve everything I do every day, thinking that we need to seek change in order to improve everything that is within our reach. I need to be restless to be able to evolve.

Summarizing, I hope to spend the rest of my life creating and enjoying my job while I do so.
