Chef at the helm of the 2 Michelin-starred MOments Restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Barcelona. He also runs the Drac Restaurant in Calella and since 2022 has had Cuina Sant Pau, which until 2018 was in the hands of his mother, Carme Ruscalleda, with 3 Michelin stars, but today is a casual restaurant.
