Miguel Caño is a young talent in the kitchen. He was head chef at Mugaritz, one of the most influential restaurants in the world. He was born in La Rioja, the land with the name and soul of wine. He revels in the impossible and is attracted by challenges that require talent to manage difficulty. He is currently leading Nublo, achieving his first Michelin star and a Repsol sun in just a few months of life.
