Position:
Degree in Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, and PhD from the Autonomous University of Madrid with the mention of European Doctor. Scientific researcher at the Food Science Research Institute of the CSIC where she leads the “Bioactive Gastronomy” research group. She is also co-founder of the spin-off iLike Food Innovation.
