José Miguel Mulet Salort

J. M. Mulet is Professor of Biotechnology at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and researcher at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Plants, of which he is vice-director. As a science communicator he has published several books, the latest being “We eat what we are”. Collaborator of several podcasts and radio programs, he is also author of the section “Science without fiction” in El País Semanal.
