PhD in Biological Sciences with expertise in Molecular Biology and Human Genetics with more than 20 years of experience in scientific research (Complutense University, Karolinska Institute in Stockholm and University of Navarra) in projects related to nutrigenomics and epigenetics. Entrepreneur of two startups dedicated to personalized medicine and nutrition. Since 2023 he is Coordinator of the Health and Gastronomy Area of BCC Innovation as an expert in Precision Nutrition and Digital Health.
