She has always worked in the mu+H2:H4ndo of continuous training. In 2010, she joined the Basque Culinary Center team to head the Master’s and Courses Department, from where she has launched the training offer for professionals, enthusiasts and other tailor-made training projects, to disseminate gastronomic culture and promote the professionalisation of people working in the entire value chain of the gastronomic sector.
