Degree in Mathematics from the Univ. of Granada. PhD courses in AI at the UPM in Madrid. In 2009 he co-founded, as CEO, restaurants.com, which in December 2016 sold to Michelin Group. Since 2018 he leads the engineering team of Fullstep, with the aim of evolving the company’s products with AI-based technologies that automate the processes of the Purchasing Dept. Since 2022, he leads the Master “Digital Transformation and Innovation in the Agri-Food Sector” of UNIR.
