Born in Seville in 1971, he holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville, specialising in Business, and a degree in Communication, specialising in Journalism. His professional experience has been linked to institutional and organisational relations, communication, external relations and press. Previously, he was Coordinator of the Institutional Relations Department of the Andalusian Confederation of Employers (CEA), an organisation in which he worked for 18 years.
