Born in Malaga (1942). I started working in Switzerland in 1959, moved to France in 1971, and returned to Spain in 1973. In 1987 I opened my own restaurant (Restaurante Adolfo), which became a reference in Malaga for creative local cuisine. Throughout my professional career I have worked in 5* and 5* Grand Luxury hotels, participated in Congresses, Symposiums and all kinds of training activities. Since 2015 I am Manager and Gastronomic Advisor at the restaurant El Balneario, in Malaga.
