The creation of ‘storytelling’ in gastronomy
Miguel Cobo is not just any chef. He runs two restaurants within Cobo Estratos – Cobo Evolución and Cobo Tradición – in the heart of Burgos. His proposal explores the trace of the evolution of human food, inspired by research at the Atapuerca archaeological site, a gastronomic interpretation of six million years of relationship with food. In addition, we will have Jose Luis Esteo, one of the gurus of advertising in the history of Spain who has collaborated on the project and Susana Vara, designer of the project that has taken the concept from social networks to the design of the tableware.
