Sustainability and health: A must in collaborative projects

In this session, we will learn about the essence of projects where the collaboration of producers with large industry and renowned chefs generate alliances for sustainability and health. Among others, we will share with the audience one of the most successful recent cases: Pezconocidos. An initiative that pursues the use of 100% of fish catches, led by Compass Group Spain, Nueva Pescanova Group and Michelin star chef Ángel León.
