There are times when one chooses to work in gastronomy and others when it becomes a natural fact and passes from generation to generation. This is the case of Pepa Muñoz, chef and owner of El Qüenco de Pepa and the Cholitas Escaladoras, women porters who cook in high mountain camps for professional teams of mountaineers and guides. They will present in front of the stoves, two very different lifestyles but with a common thread: food and gastronomy. They will reflect on the importance of respecting the product in both contexts.
