The employment market has undergone a profound change in recent years in the wake of the Covid pandemic. Attracting talent has become the top priority for many hospitality companies. To this end, it is advisable to implement an employer branding strategy, with a focus on corporate social responsibility and emotional pay, factors that are attractive to candidates.
